Welcome to Our Organization
Members of the Agoro Family, Friends of Dapo, All,
We are here to honour before God the memory of an outstanding and much
loved young man.
Dapo was about to graduate from high school, where he was an excellent
student and athlete.
He died attempting to make peace between two young men fighting. Such
violence must not be accepted at all. Blessed are peacemakers like Dapo,
who are the people of God.
All of us parents hope that our own children would attempt to break up
a fight as Dapo did. What a price he paid for his courage, optimism and
good will to all.
He will be missed greatly by his family and many friends, his school,
the Nigerian community and everyone whose life he has touched.
God bless you, Dapo. You are indeed a hero in the pantheon of Canadian
heroes.
